Creativity is a very interesting thing indeed. I’d like to side-track the topic briefly and discuss some definitions. You see, it appears to me that there is a difference between innovation and creativity. And that creativity is common, and innovation is about problem solving. Evolution in a biological sense over time replicates innovation which is much faster, but both are adaptive.
We are all creative. I know some of you don’t believe it and I hear you groaning right now! Sure, most of us are not creative in the Big C ways of Einstein, Disney, Mozart, da Vinci, or Edison, but we can be creative in the way we solve everyday dilemmas and the original way we choose to live.
